Ventilator Type: ERV or HRV
VENTILATION CONTROL MODE (VCM): ASHRAE or Timed
NOTE: Thermostat ventilation rate parameter are to be adjusted only after the HRV/ERV set up is completed and the CFMs are known. Once
the thermostat’s CFMs are adjusted they are used with the thermostat’s timer algorithm to determine how long to run the HRV/ERV.
VCM = TIMED
Ventilation Minutes Per Hour Default is 20 minutes. Range is 0 to 60 minutes
Ventilation Rate Default is 130 CFM. Range is 20 to 500 CFM
Ventilation High Outdoor Temperature Limit Default is 100⁰F. Range is 60⁰F to 115⁰F.
Ventilation Low Outdoor Temperature Limit Default is 0⁰F. Range is -20⁰F to 55⁰F.
Ventilation High Outdoor Dew Point Limit Default is 55⁰F. Range is 45⁰F to 80⁰F.
VCM = ASHRAE and
Ventilation Outdoor Condition
