•Makesurethatthewirelessradioisenabledbydouble-clickingtheAccessConnectionsiconinthe
Windowsnoticationarea.
•CheckNetworkName(SSID),andyourencryptioninformation.UseAccessConnectionstoverifythis
case-sensitiveinformation.
AwirelessWANproblem
Message:UnauthorizedWANcardispluggedin-PoweroffandremovetheWANcard.
Action:Thewideareanetwork(WAN)cardisnotsupportedonthiscomputer.Removeit.

Bluetoothproblem
Symptom:SounddoesnotcomefromtheBluetoothheadsetorheadphonebutcomesfromthelocal
speakereventhoughtheheadsetorheadphoneisconnectedusingtheHeadsetproleorAVprole.
Action:Dothefollowing:
1.Exittheapplicationthatusesthesounddevice(forexample,WindowsMediaPlayer).
2.OpenControlPanel.

6.ClickOKtoclosetheSoundwindow.
