totheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefromthecomputertohubis
100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbuttheproblem
persists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver.
1.ClickStart➙ControlPanel➙HardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouareprompted
foranadministratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
2.Iftheexclamationmark!isdisplayednexttotheadapternameunderNetworkadapters,you
mightnotbeusingthecorrectdriverorthedrivermighthavebeendisabled.Toupdatethedriver,
right-clickthehighlightedadapter.
