5.PressF10.
6.InserttheWindows7operatingsysteminstallationDVDintotheexternalDVDdrive,andrestartthe
computer.
7.RestoreC:\SWTOOLSfromthebackupcopyyoumadebeforestartingtheinstallation.
8.FormodelswithanIntelCPU,installtheIntelChipsetSupportforWindows2000/XP/Vista/7.Todothis,
runtheinnst_autol.exeleintheC:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\INTELINFdirectory.
FormodelswithanAMDCPU,installtheThinkPadAMDSMBusDriverforWindows7andtheThinkPad
AMDSATAControllerDriverforWindows7.
