5.ClickSystem.Then,selectNetworkConnectionsinthePreferencesarea.TheEthernetcardlistis
displayed.
6.SelecttheEthernetcardthatyouwanttoconfigure.Then,clickEdit.
7.ClickIpv4Settings,andthenselectManualfromtheMethoddrop-downlistbox.
8.ClickAddtoconfiguretheIPintheAddressarea.Then,clickApply.Yourserverrestarts.
9.RepeatthepreviousstepstoconfigureotherEthernetcards.
InstallingthedriverfortheLPe16002BHBAcard
ToinstallthedriverfortheLPe16002BHBAcard,dothefollowing:
1.DownloadthedriverfortheLPe16002BHBAcardfromtheLenovoWebsite.Ifthedriverisa
compressedfile,unzipittoafolder.Then,copythefoldertoyourUSBstoragedeviceandconnect
theUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
2.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopythefolderfromyourUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmpdirectory
onyourserver.
3.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver:
cd/tmp
cd/elx-lpfc-dd-sles11sp-10.2.185.0
./elx_lpfc_install.sh
Note:Inthecommandlines,elx-lpfc-dd-sles11sp-10.2.185.0representsthenameofthefolderthat
thedriveisstored.elx_lpfc_install.shrepresentsthedrivername.Usethecorrespondingfilename

ThistopicprovidesinstructionsoninstallingdriversforthefollowingCNAcards:

•OCe14401
ToinstallthedriverforaCNAcardforFCoE,iSCSI,andNICprotocols,dothefollowing:
1.DownloadthedriverforaCNAcardfromtheLenovoWebsite.Ifthedriverisacompressedfile,
unzipittoafolder.Then,copythefoldertoyourUSBstoragedeviceandconnecttheUSBstorage
devicetoyourserver.
2.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopythefolderfromyourUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmpdirectory
onyourserver.
3.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver:
cd/tmp
cd/elx-lpfc-dd-sles11sp-10.2.185.0
./elx_lpfc_install.sh
