Proceed to complete the parts replacement (see “Complete the parts replacement” on page 218).
Complete the parts replacement
Go through this checklist before completing parts replacement.
To complete parts replacement, go through the following list:
1. Ensure that all the removed components have been properly reinstalled and that no tools or loose
screws are left inside your server.
2. Properly route and secure the cables in the server. Refer to the cable connecting and routing information
for each component.
3. Make sure to install one of the following:
• With two installed processors: system air baffle.
• With four installed processors:
– Processor and memory expansion tray
– Expansion tray air baffle and upper expansion tray air baffle
