• When C01 = 1, 3, 5, or 7 and C14 = 0...4, 6, 7, use c40 for speed setpoint
• When C01 = 1, 3, 5, or 7 and C14 = 5, use C47 for torque setpoint
• When C01 = 4...7, terminals E2 and E3 must be used for the remote keypad,
selections made for CE2 and CE3 will be ignored.
