Why won't my Levoit Humidifier connect to the VeSync app?

Ensure your phone's Bluetooth® is on and not connected to other devices. Use a secure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup and verify the Wi-Fi password. Keep your humidifier and phone within 30 ft / 10 m of each other. You can also reset the humidifier by pressing and holding for 15 seconds and then try connecting again.
