3 Press or repeatedly until appears next to Delay Fax.
4 Press .
appears next to Delay Current.
5 Press .
6 Enter the time and date you want to send the fax.
• Use the arrows to navigate to each box.
• Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM, or 3 for 24-hour mode.
7 Press to save your settings and exit the menu.
8 Enter the fax number.
9 Press Start Black to send your fax at the designated time.
Memory Full
If applicable, to reduce memory use:
• Print pending received faxes.
• Send fewer pages.
Lower the fax resolution.
1 From the desktop, double-click the Productivity Suite icon.
2 Click Fax.
3 Click Manage fax history or All-In-One fax settings.
4 Click the Send tab.
5 From the “Send fax with this print quality” area, select a lower print quality.
6 Click OK.
Note: The lower fax resolution becomes the default setting for all faxes you send or receive.
7 Resend the fax.
Removing and reinstalling the software
If the printer is not functioning properly, or if a communications error message appears when you try to use the
printer, you may need to remove and reinstall the printer software.
1 Close all open software applications.
2 Disable any anti-virus programs.
3 Click Start Programs or All Programs Lexmark 7300 Series.
4 Select Uninstall.
5 Follow the instructions on the computer screen to remove the printer software.
6 Restart the computer before reinstalling the printer software.
