If applicable, select TV Speaker in the Audio Menu.

  If you find that a channel found during Auto Tuning on your LG TV does not tune in with Channel Up/Down, it's likely because the channel was deleted in the currently selected channel bank. Premium channels may only be available on another channel bank. Use the Cloud Configuration Tool / Channel Map utility to modify the channel bank allocation(s) for the channel.

  If no channels are present after running the Express Script on your LG TV, it's because Auto Tuning wasn't run. You must run Auto Tuning for the channel lineup to populate. To reactivate the Express Script, restore the TV to a factory default condition.

  To address the issue of a blanked channel in all channel banks on your LG TV, modify the channel attributes using the Cloud Configuration Tool / Channel Map utility. To restore normal operation, uncheck the “Blank Video” checkbox for the channel. This will restore the channel in all channel banks.

  If the CH. BANK key on your LG TV's Installer Remote brings up the Input List Menu, it means that Installer Menu item 027 HOSPITAL MODE is disabled. To enable channel banks, set Installer item 027 appropriately. If the TV is in CPU-CTV or PTC-CTV Mode, access the Installer Menu and set item 027. If the TV is in FTG Mode via CPU, use the Cloud Configuration Tool / Installer Menu utility to update Installer Menu item #027.

  If you can't directly enter a channel number on your LG TV, it might be because the TV is in Pass-through Mode and Installer Menu item 028 CH. OVERIDE is disabled. To fix this, set 028 CH. OVERIDE to 1 to allow direct keypad entry to all channels. Alternatively, if the TV is in FTG Mode, the channel you're trying to enter may not be in the FTG Channel Map. Use the Cloud Configuration Tool or the FTG Device Configuration Application to make changes to the FTG Channel Map.
