If you cannot make outgoing long distance phone calls, call restriction may be enabled. Please refer the programming section to clear memory bins. A factory reset may also be required. Please refer to programming section.
What to do if when pressing ... for monitoring any of the connected door station speaker(s) you get an operator recording (e.g. "this is an invalid number") and you have no communication to the speaker using my Logenex A202CR?
If you receive an operator recording when monitoring connected door station speakers, the unit may be in parallel with the phones on the C/O line. Also, the phone may not be touch tone compatible, or the controller may be wired on the wrong phone line.
What to do if my Logenex TeleDoorBell is not call forwarding to the assigned number?
If your TeleDoorBell is not call forwarding to the assigned number, try reprogramming the call forwarding number. You can also try adding a pause or pauses before the call forwarding number. Check that call forwarding is enabled. Please refer to the call forwarding section in the User Guide.
What to do if there is no video feed coming out of door station for my Logenex A202CR Intercom System?
If there is no video feed coming out of the door station, check for proper DC voltage power to the door station. Also, you may be broadcasting on a channel with signal already present, and an appropriate filter may be required.
