What to do if my LOGICDATA Control Systems table does not move?
    • T
      Thomas LuceroAug 9, 2025
If your table isn't moving, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the system is correctly connected to the Power Hub and that the actuator is properly connected to all system components. Check all plugs for secure connections. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the actuator or the user interface might be defective, and you should replace it. Contact LOGICDATA if the problem continues.

Why does my LOGICDATA Control Systems table only move slowly downwards?
    • R
      rossrobertAug 19, 2025
If your table is only moving slowly downwards, it could be due to a few reasons. It's possible there was a power failure while the table was in motion. In this case, perform a Position Reset Procedure (see Chapter 4.7 Performing a Position Reset Procedure). Another cause could be a defective actuator, which would require replacement. Contact LOGICDATA if the problem persists. It can also happen if the Power Hub was disconnected while the device was in motion, or a reset is required.
