4-4-1 Camshaft / piston
a.DISASSEMBLY/ REASSEMBLY
REASSEMBLY:
I
nstall the lifters
immediately before
installing the
camshaft.
REASSEMBLY:
Install with the oil dipper toward the
governor arm’s hole end
and the ribs
on the cap and connecting rod
must
be aligned.
REASSEMBLY:
Push in until the bearing
touches the crankcase. Be
careful not to damage the
oil seal.

DECOMPRESSOR
WEIGHT
REASSEMBLY:
Check that the decompressor
weight moves smoothly, and
the spring is not weak or worn.
Install with the
timing marks
aligned.

Install with the
triangle mark
toward the push
rod hole.
PISTON
BREATHER
CHAMBER CAP
BREATHER
CHAMBER
PACKING
6204 BEARING
CRANKCASE
COVER PACKING
OIL SEAL 20×35×5
REASSEMBLY:
Be careful not to damage the lip of
oil seal when inserting the
crankshaft.
BOLT M6×22 (7)
Torque: (8~12) N•m
