Adjust the speed regulator

Hang the longer end of the
spring on the speed-regulating
support side in installation.
Return spring of throttle valve

Confirm if the action is
smooth after installation.
Speed-regulating arm
Assembly: insert the
split pin into the
speed-regulating arm
slot after the
speed-regulating arm
