The hydraulic drive forklift

Drive control is a steering column fixed
device. There are 4gears, two forward gears
and two reverse gears. Park the machine
thoroughly before chang ing the travel
direction. When move the lever to back up the
forklift, the back up lamp is on.

• Mount the neutral gear, do not forget to
move the lever to the neutral gear before
machine startup.

The clutch aims to allow the operator to
connect and separate the engine and
transmission. Step down the clutch pedal, the
engine is separated from the transmission
drive. Release the clutch pedal, the power is
transferred to the transmission through the
clutch.

· Do not operate the forklift when the clutch
is under half ganged condition.

When step down the inching pedal, oil
pressure in the hydraulic system will decline
corresponding ly, which allows the operator
to carry out the inching action. When operate
the lifting system at a high speed, the pedal
can be used to move the machine slowly.
When step down the pedal thoroughly, it may
be used as brake pedal.

· when downgrade or start on slope, do not
use inching pedal, but use the brake pedal.
If use the inching pedal when going down
the slope, the engine will not produce
