friction of the friction pieces or
abnormal rising up of torque converter
temperature. Moreover this will shorten
the service life of the torque converter.
Stop the forklift, park the machine to the
place at which traffic will be not blocked,
a nd ：
a. Pull up the parking brake lever
b. Lower the fork on the ground
c. Turn the key to "OFF"position.

the engine. Shut down the engine.
d. Take off the key and keep it.

a. Park the machine on the level
ground--- better for capacious place. If
it is necessary to park the machine on
the slope, put across the machine on the
slope, put the wedge under the wheel to
avoid the machine sliding off
b. The machine should be parked at the
appointed place or the place at which
the machine will not block traffic.if
necessary, set label or signal lamp
around the machine.
c. Park the machine on the hard ground.
Do not park the machine on soft,
muddy or slippery road surface.
d. If the lifting system has been damaged,
the fork can not be lowered on the
ground. Hang a warning banner at the
end of the forklift and park the machine
at the place where the machine will not
block traffic.

To
ensure good lateral stability, the
distance between forks should be as
large as it can.
（ 2 ） When insert the fork to the pallet or to
the goods directly, the forklift should
be centered to the goods.
（ 3 ） The fork is related to the pallet and the
fork should be inserted parallel.
（ 4 ） The fork should be inserted until the
base part of the fork is inserted.
（ 5 ） Lifting the goods ：
a. Lift the fork to 50~100mm above
the ground, make sure whether the
goods are stable.
b. Then tilt backward the mast to the
expected position, lift the fork to
50~100mm from the ground, then
start travelling.
（ 6 ） The goods with large volume carried
will block the view, travel backward
except upgrade.
