The total inspection for the forklift should
be performed in advance , which can avoid
the fault of forklift and prolong its service
life, the number of hour listed in the
periodic inspection and maintenance is
based on the 8 hours of each day and 200
hours of each month.
The detailed inspection records should be
made after inspection, and the records
should be stored.

nipple with brush and cloth before
adding oil or laying grease.

hydraulic pipe, the engine, the water
tank and drive system leak oil or water.
Touch with the hand and inspect with
your eyes.
• Inspect whether there is any impurity
in the fuel oil.

Until the leakage is eliminated, do not
start the engine.

Inspect the tire condition, too low pressure
will shorten the service life of the tire and
increase the consumption of fuel. Left and
right air pressure is different or loss will
cause different steering force.
The air pressure of tire should be according
to the specified value of tire air pressure
label plate.
