measure the air pressure of the tire. Adjust
to the specified value if necessary. Make
sure there is no air leakage , then tighten the
cap.
Check whether the tire and side is damaged
or cracked ， and whether the wheel rim is
deformed.
The tire of forklift needs high air pressure
to bear heavy load,so tiny deformation of
rim or damaged tire ground surface may
cause accidents.

After assembling the tire and rim ， all
bolts and nuts approach to the specified
torque, the can be inflated. After charge,
the tire is with expanding strength, and
the air pressure can't exceed the
specified pressure value.
• When charge the tire with air
compressor, adjust the pressure first.

accidents will be caused by improper
adjustment.

• Inspect whether the torque of hub and
the nut is correct.
• All hubs and nuts should be tightened
to specified torque: 480~560N.m

• When disassemble the hub nuts ① 、 ④ ,
do not take down the rim bolts ② 、 ⑤ .
• Loose of hub nuts is very dangerous, if
it is loose, the wheel may fall off, as the
result, the machine will overturn.
