The wire fuse can protect the electrical
system and prevent the too high current
damaging the electrical components. Inspect
whether all parts in the circuit work
normally. If any component in the circuit
can not work,the corresponding wire fuse
may be burned out. Replace it with new wire
fuse which has the same capacity. If one part
of components can not work, the ball contact
may be burned out, replace it with a new
contact which has the same capacity.

Get ready for tools and the jack before
replacement and repair.

• Park the machine on the hard road
surface, unload all burden.
• Pull up parking brake lever and
block the wedge. Put the jack
under the vehicle body.
• Support the machine and keep
the wheel on the ground. Loose
the hub nuts, but do not take off
them.
• Support the machine to make the
wheel leave ground. Take off the
nut and take down the tire.
• Assembly order of the tire is
contrary to the disassembly order.
Tighten the hub nuts in the
diagonal order.
• After installation , inspection the
tire pressure.

Expect that the jack is put under the
balancing weight, else is the same to
repair and replacement method of the
front wheel.
