Un-stacking
The goods shall be un-stacked according to
the following procedures:
(1) Speed shall be reduced when
approaching the goods.
(2) Park the forklift before the goods
(goods are 300mm from the tip).
(3) Regulate the forklift position before
the goods.
(4) Ensure goods are not overloaded.
(5) Mast is vertical to ground.
(6) Observe the fork position and drive
forklift forward simultaneously until the
fork is inserted into the pallet.

a. Insert 3/4 fork and raise the pallet a
little (50~100mm), take out the pallet
about 100~200mm and then lower
pallet;
b. Insert the fork into the pallet
completely.
(7) After the fork is inserted into the pallet,
raise the pallet (50~100mm).
(8) Observe surrounding area and drive the
forklift backward until the goods are
lowered.
(9) Lower the goods until it ’ s 150~200mm
above ground.
(10) The mast tilts back to ensure goods are
stable.
Transport the goods to destination.
