regular maintenance time table is based
on that the forklift works for 8 hours
per day and 200 hours per month..
Take a detail record after inspection,
keep the record safe.
c. The exposed components such as
cylinder piston rod and the shaft
which will be rusted shall be
brushed with anti-corrosive oil;
d. Cover the components which get
easily moist
e. The vehicle shall be started at least
once per week, if the cooling
water is discharged, fill it and
assemble the battery, remove the
grease on the piston rod and shaft,
start engine and warm it up
thoroughly, drive the vehicle
back ward and forward slowly and
operate the hydraulic control
device several times;
f. The forklift can't be parked on the
softy road such as asphalt road in
summer.
4) Use of forklift after being stored for long
time
a. Remove the anti-corrosive oil of
exposed components;
b. Discharge the engine oil of engine
crank. Discharge the hydraulic
drive oil in the transmission and
the gear oil in the drive axle.
Clean up the interior and add new
oil.
c. Remove the foreign material and
water in the hydraulic oil tank;
d. Disassemble the air cylinder cover,
valve and rocker shaft, inspect
whether each valve clearance is
normal.
e. Fill coolant to specified level.
f. Charge the battery and assemble it
on the forklift and connect the lead
wire of battery;
g. Check the forklift thoroughly
before start.
h. Preheat the forklift.
