VC-A52S Firmware(FW) Upgrade Instruction
Warning：
Before FW upgrade, please check FW version of unit.
 If the original FW is VMC_VME_ VZN, please download VMC_VME_ VZN version.
 If the original FW is VZM_VZN_VMZ, please download VZM_VZN_VMZ version.
 VMC_VME_ VZN can’t upgrade to VZM_VZN_VMZ due to the hardware limitation.

Device and Tool Preparation

Connections for FW Upgrade

Connect VC Camera with PC

Connects the VC camera to a PC using an RS232 cable for firmware updates.

Connect VC Camera with Laptop

Connects the VC camera to a laptop using RS232 and RS232-USB cables.

Control FW

Select Firmware File

Browse and select the correct firmware file for the upgrade process.

Configure and Start Download

Set the COM port and Baud Rate, then initiate the firmware download.

Check FW version on OSD
