5.4 Switching off
Use the following procedure to switch off the
machine:
1. Release the operating lever (6).
➢ The integrated automatic brake limits the
coasting time of the saw blade to approx.
5 seconds.
➢ The switch-on lock is activated
automatically and secures the hand-held
circular saw against being switched on
inadvertently.
✓ The machine is switched off.

As soon as the braking time exceeds 7 seconds, have the machine checked and a new
brake pad installed.
