Note:
Demister switch check points:
 After the switch ON operation the corresponding lamp indication in the Cluster is visible.
 Check the voltage between pin no 1 of the switch and pin no 16 of IC.2F:16, the voltage is to
fluctuate between 0v and 12v in OFF and ON condition respectively.
 Check Demister Blower
relay terminals for oxidation
/ damages. Replace if
necessary
 Clear error codes and verify
 Turn ignition OFF
 Demister Blower relay
DISCONNECTED
 Check the continuity
between terminal 30 of the
Demister Blower relay
connector and battery
Step 4
Does continuity
exists?
 Examine the open circuit
 Repair/Replace the wiring
harness
 Clear error codes and verify
