 Rail pressure sensor
has failed
 Replace the rail
assembly
 Clear the error codes
and verify
YES

 Ignition ON
 Rail pressure sensor
connector CONNECTED
 ECU connector
CONNECTED
 Engine RUNNING
 Change the engine speed
and check the
corresponding increase in
RPS value
Is the RPS value
changes?
YES
 Clear the error codes
and verify
 Ignition OFF
 Replace the rail
assembly
 Clear the codes and
verify
NO
