Disassembly of Nylon Cord Assembly for ER2600L
Unscrew 2 CROSSRECESS BOLT M6X30 (115). Insert the pin to the hole to prevent the Nylon cord assembly from rotating.
Rotate the Nylon cord assembly counter clockwise to take it out. Insert the slotted screw driver and take out the BODY CAP (139).
Now there appears Reel (137) with NYLON LINE PA66
, ORANGE 2.6MX2(138), WASHER 39.5X27.2X0.8 (133), SPRING
(134) and WASHER 39.5X27.2X0.8 (135).
Assembly of Nylon Cord Assembly for ER2600L
Place WASHER 39.5X27.2X0.8 (133), SPRING (134), WASHER 39.5X27.2X0.8 (135), REEL (137) with NYLON LINE PA66,
ORANGE, 2.6MX2 (138) and BODY CAP (139). After placing Body cap, make sure that the REEL (137) is bumping up and
down by pushing red circle part of the Reel (137).
