Press in water pump bearing.
Use hollow mandrel to press on the outer bearing
ring and not on the bearing shaft.
For this purpose align water-pump housing hori-
zontally on a stable support.

Refit circlip.

Press in new mechanical seal with press-fitting
sleeve (special tool see page 127, item 11) until it
stops.
Observe installation note for seal on page 44.
Note:
The seal can be exchanged even without
removing the water pump shaft.
