20 - LIFT BATTERY COVER
IMPORTANT
For your safety, set down the forks or the attachment on the ground to avoid any incident due to inadvertent
operation of the hydraulic controls, and press the emergency stop button.
Beware of the risks of pinching or crushing during this operation. Always lift or hold the battery cover with the handle2.
Check that nothing and nobody interferes with the lowering of the battery cover.
LIFTING THE BATTERY COVER
NOTE: If necessary tilt the steering wheel forward to lift the battery cover.
- Release the locks 1.
- Carefully lift the battery cover by means of the handle 2.
- Check that the stay 3 is blocked.
LOWERING THE BATTERY COVER
-Release the stay 3 and gently lower the battery cover while holding it.
-Lock the battery cover with the locks 1.

Make sure that the operator’s manual is in the right place, i.e. in the waterproof document
holder.
