Press DBB/TONE to select the tone parameter to be
adjusted.

Use ui to adjust “DBB (Dynamic Bass Boost)”,
“Bass”, “Treble”, “Balance” or “Source Direct”.

DBB (Dynamic Bass Boost)
On:
Emphasizes the bass sound (maximum
+8 dB).
Off
(Default):
The DBB (Dynamic Bass Boost) function
is not used.
n
Bass
Adjusts the bass sound.
–10 dB – +10 dB (Default : 0 dB)
n
Treble
Adjusts the treble sound.
–10 dB – +10 dB (Default : 0 dB)
n
Balance
Use o p to adjust the left/right volume balance.
n
Source Direct
On:
Playback sound is closer to the source
sound.
Off
(Default):
Do not use Source Direct function.
0
Even when the “Source Direct” setting is “On”, settings other than “Speaker
Config” - “Response” in the menu can be set for “Flat”. (v p. 66)
