4. SUMMARIZING TABLES
NOTE
Air pressure values will vary depending on the rider, terrain,
preferred travel position and personal preferences. Therefore
the data provided by this chart are purely indicative and have to
be considered as a quick set-up guide for your fi rst settings and
may vary after riding the bicycle. Use a pump (Code: R4209/P) for
calibration. In forks with mechanical spring preload, it is advisable
to adjust the mechanical preload before increasing the working
pressure. On air forks, lower preassures than those recommended
might reduce the fork free length declared.

In some forks you can change the fork travel with specifi c spacers
which can be installed on fork, supplied in the box or sold separately.
