12 Magneto
12.1 Removal.
• Remove the plastic fan cover on the right
hand side of the ATV.
• Remove the cooling fan by loosening its
Rotor assembly
O-ring
3 screws.
• Remove the O-ring.
• Remove the rotor assembly.

• Remove the woodruff key by loosening
its 2 screws.
