14.2 Inspection
• Check the cam plate (see figure 51)
• Check the 3 buffer blocks (see figure 51)
• If any of these parts appear to be abraded
or damaged, replace the parts.

• Inspect the CVT belt (toothed belt)
• Check for cracks, abrasion, threads, separation
and breaches. If one of these things appear,
replace the CVT belt.
• If the belt is saturated by oil, then replace
the belt.
