2) ON/OFF switch:

Test for continuity between the green/red wire and the black/white wire, with the ON/OFF

switch

in the ON position.

Replace the ON/OFF switch, if there is no continuity.

While the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position, test for open circuit.

19.6 High tension coil

• Test for OHMS resistance with the

positive (+) lead from the tester in the spark

plug cap and the negative (-) lead on the

terminal post.

Standard:

1020 OHMS ± 20%
