METHOD
1. Bring dough to room temperature.
2. By hand, work the dough to a diameter of 10˝(25 cm), leaving a small rise on the edge for crust.
3. Slide the pizza to the pizza peel.
4. Pour sauce onto the centre of the dough, using a spoon to spread in circles to the crust.
5. Spread bocconcini around the pizza.
6. Spread the pepperoni, peppers, and red onions around the pizza.
7. Slide the pizza o the peel into the oven, making sure to rotate regularly.
8. Once finished, remove and slice.
• 250 g pizza dough
• 45 mL pizza sauce
• 7-8 slices of pepperoni
• 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
and seeded
• ¼ red onion, sliced
• 5 pc bocconcini, halved
