400°F (200°C) or if oil begins to smoke, immediately turn the burner or gas supply OFF.
5.Heatedliquidsremainatscaldingtemperatureslongafterthecookingprocess.Never
touchcookingapplianceuntilliquidshavecooledto115°F(45°C)orless.
