STEP 9
Insert handle bracket on door handle (bar style) (P)
into door (O). Secure using ST4 x 16 mm screws (BB).

PRE-SEASON INSTRUCTIONS
PRE-SEASON SMOKER PRIOR TO FIRST USE.
Some smoke may appear during this time, this is normal.
1. Make sure water pan is in place with NO WATER.
2. Set temperature to 275°F (135°C) and run unit for 3 hours. During last 45 minutes, add ½ cup of
wood chips in chip loader to complete pre-seasoning. This amount is equal to the contents of a lled
wood chip loader.
3. Shut down and allow to cool.
Note: Never add more than ½ cup (1 lled wood chip loader) at a time. Additional chips should not be
added until any previously added chips have ceased generating smoke.

Placez les grilles de fumaison (D) à l’intérieur du corps
du fumoir (A).
ÉTAPE 7
Alignez les encoches en trou de serrure sur le
ecteur d’égouttement (E) avec les chevilles
à l’intérieur du corps du fumoir (A). Poussez
le dé ecteur d’égouttement (E) vers le bas
de façon à le xer solidement.
ÉTAPE 8
Placez le récipient pour l’eau (H), le contenant
à copeaux de bois (I) et le bac d’égouttement (F)
à l’intérieur du corps du fumoir (A). Insérez
le chargeur de copeaux de bois (G) dans le
côté du corps du fumoir (A).
