2 Matrix ETERNITY NE Quick Start
3. VoIP interface is optional. However to connect SIP Trunks/IP extensions, VoIP module must be present in
the ETERNITY NE. ETERNITY NE has inbuilt 8 IP Extensions. To connect another 8 IP extensions, you must
purchase the IP8 license.
Ports and Connectors
LED
Port Description
24VDC- 2.5A (Max) Connector for the power adapter.
CO Analog Trunk Port to connect analog trunk line.
SLT
Single Line Telephone (SLT) Port to connect any standard analog
telephone instrument and fax machine.
Ethernet
Ethernet Port can be used as:
• LAN interface to connect a Computer/LAN Switch.
• WAN interface to connect to IP network. As Ethernet WAN,
you can connect a Router/Modem or a LAN Switch.
Mobile 1 & Mobile 2 Single SIM Mobile Ports to connect to the GSM/UMTS network.
LED Description Colour and Cadence
PWR
Power LED. Turns on when power is
supplied.
Continuous ON (Green)
STS
Status LED. Blinks to indicate health of
the system.
1 second ON - 1 second OFF (Green), on
completion of boot-up.
