capacity adjustment is as following chart:
For example˖If the system have 11 sets of units, when T reduce to 45ć in HEATING mode,
the system will operate on 80%. So the actual operation units are 9 sets. (11*80%=8.8,adopts
9), and the main unit will stop two units which address is highest.
