16. The outer tub seam is positioned on top, at
the 12 o’clock position. This is required for
proper orientation of tub connections.
17. Four clamps on the top of the outer tub
secure the tub in the frame. Remove the
13mm bolt from each clamp.
18. Remove the outer tub from the frame of
the washer.
n In the center of the back are eight 17mm
bolts that secure the bearing support on the
back of the outer tub.
n The bearing support also has three arms
that attach to the edge of the outer tub with
two 19mm bolts on each arm.
14. To remove the outer tub, mark the top arm
of the bearing support to assist in proper
orientation during reinstallation.
15. Remove the bearing support.
