This equipment also checks that the power mains voltage is sufficiently high to guarantee the correct
operation of all electrical parts. Under 85V, the flame control equipment is placed in stand-by and only when
the level exceeds 95V does the machine start to operate again, repeating the ignition cycle
In order to replace it, simply remove the control panel and
loosen the screw on the plastic body, release the equipment
and replace it with the new one.
Here below is an image of the combustion head in order to
supply the user a diagram description of the assembly of a
few previously listed components

The ignition electrode is fastened directly on
the plate of the combustion chamber and, in
set with a second electrode, it generates the
spark that ignites the fuel mixture. The
distance between the tips of the electrodes
must fluctuate between 2 and 3 mm; only if
the gap is maintained within this range can
you be certain that the spark has a proper
canopy effect which makes it possible to
properly enter the diesel oil spray cone so that
the mixture burns perfectly. It is important
that, during normal operation, the electrodes
of the spark plug do not become wet with
diesel oil, otherwise carbon deposits might
create a bridge between the electrodes,
preventing the spark from striking.
Safety thermostat
The safety thermostat has the purpose of blocking machine
operation when causes for malfunctioning occur.
The safety thermostat is normally closed. For this reason, in room
temperature conditions, if with a multimeter in operation the
ohmmeter touches the two faston connectors of the safety
thermostat, the instrument will indicate a null resistance value, as
if there was a short-circuit.
