7.8 Exclusions
The warranty expressly excludes defects which:
- Occur as a result of misuse, negligence, carelessness in use and ow-
nership.
- Are caused by incorrect installation, maintenance or repair by unautho-
rised persons or by damage during transport.
- They are not attributable to manufacturing defects.
- Are attributed to the use of non-original accessories and spare parts.
- Are caused by lightning strikes, incorrect power supply voltage, and
any other damage that is not objectively ascribable to the manufactu-
rer.
