Any failure to observe the following instructions could result in inju-
ry to people or damage to property.
2.1 Working area
Ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles before turning-on the roof-
top air conditioner.
2.2 Power supply and safety precautions
Only power the appliance with a voltage of 230 Volt AC 50Hz with ca-
bles featuring a minimum section of 2.5 mm.
If using a 230 Volt power supply, ensure that this is a stabilised power
supply with a continuous current capacity of 6.1 Ampere and 14 Ampere
for short periods (17 Ampere for the 2.2kW model). Absolutely avoid the
use of poor quality, unstabilised battery chargers.
