4.4. Ratio test - 1 : 1
A simple test can be conducted to test functionality of the TR8703.
1. Connect the H
RED
to X
RED
cable and separately connect the H
BLACK
to
X
BLACK
. This connection simulates a 1:1 transformer
2. Run VT/PT test
In this connection mode, the test results should yield a ratio nearly equal
to 1.0000. If it does not, the TR8703 may require repair or re-calibration.
