The printer has 2 oppositely positioned reflex IR sensors for paper end and for blackmark detection. Since both sensors
would interfere with each other without paper, only one of the two sensors sends while both receive this light signal at the
same time. In this way, one sensor logically becomes a fork sensor, the other remains a reflex sensor. The function can be
switched via hardware. A different rmware is required for the change.

The paper end sensor (PE) works as a fork sensor, the blackmark sensor (BM)
as a reflex sensor.
This enables the detection of a blackmark on the back of the paper.

The Paper End Sensor (PE) works as a reflex sensor, the blackmark Sensor (BM),
if available, as a fork sensor.
This enables the detection of a gap, e.g. in ISO tickets.
In the case of label papers, the transparent gap can be evaluated for detection.
