The standard paper roll holder has 3 paper axis positions (A, B, C). There is a suitable NearPaperEnd sensor position for
each axis position. The paper core inside diameter of 25 mm is suitable for all positions. Smaller diameters can cause
malfunctions.
Inside coated papers can cause malfunctions, therefore thermal papers are coated on the outside are preferred.
A paper tensioner is required for paper rolls with a diameter of ø >70 mm, or a reduction in the printing speed.
Typical values for a reduction in printing speed for ø150 mm rolls are in:
• position B: 150 mm/s
• position C: 180 mm/s
The values are application-specic and must be tested in practice.
