7. Ensure that all ADX test leads and Asset cables are properly separated from each other and safely run between the
Asset and the tester.
8. Press the power button on the lower left corner of the ADX.

CAUTION: Ensure that the ADX test leads are NOT coiled in any manner during testing to prevent
interference with test results. To avoid damaging the unit, DO NOT coil excess test leads and place
them on top of the ADX. Ensure that excess test lead cables are stretched out between/behind the
tester and Asset to ensure safe operation of both devices, and to reduce tripping and other hazards for
personnel in the area.
