5.1.4.2 Brief description
The temperature regulator unit controls the
compressor for the installed EF milk cooler.
During operation, the display shows the ap-
proximate actual temperature of the milk in
the milk container. The actual milk temper-
ature is taken from the plate on which the
milk container stands.
5.1.4.3 Cooling operation
The digit light spot beneath the "Compres-
sor" symbol is illuminated as long as the
compressor is in operation.

• Pre-cooled milk that is no
hotter than 1 - 5 °C should
be used. See also section
«5.5.4 Refill milk, 5 - 22».
• The temperature indicator
on the display shows the ap-
proximate actual tempera-
ture of the milk in the milk
container, not the internal
temperature of the installed
EF milk cooler.
NOTE
• The compressor is switched
on by the temperature regu-
lator unit when the actual
milk temperature is 2 °C
above the setting for the de-
sired milk temperature.
