Place one combination cleaning tablet
"COMBI-Tabs" or the content of one
AMC powder bag in the empty clean-
ing receptacle. Replace milk container
with cleaning receptacle (place both
milk intake lines in the cleaning con-
tainer). Leave the milk cooler door
open.
6. Shift/Stop button [ ]
The cleaning container is filled and
then rinsed six times (cleaning contain-
er emptied).
7. Once the cleaning operation is over,
the following message will appear...
8. Replace cleaning container with full
milk container. Close milk cooler door.

6.3 Maintenance log
The service technician from Customer Sup-
port maintains the maintenance log for the
installation and subsequent maintenance
work.
For this purpose he enters the necessary
data into the table cells in chapter «12 "Ser-
vice Technician" maintenance log, 12 - 1».
