9 Packing and
transportation
When packing and transporting the equip-
ment, the following requirements must be
observed:
1. Disconnect equipment from power and
water mains.
2. Remove any product raw materials,
such as coffee beans and milk, from
the equipment.
3. Empty coffee dregs drawer.
4. Empty hoses and drain. This is a matter
for Customer Support.
5. Clean equipment.
6. If possible, pack equipment in the orig-
inal packaging.
7. Place the equipment (... in the original
packaging) on a suitable transport
base in an upright position and attach
to the transport base.
WARNING
• Only persons with experi-
ence of haulage and trans-
portation are authorised to
pack and transport the
equipment.
• The requirements set out in
chapter «2 Safety instruc-
tions, 2 - 1» must be strictly
observed!
CAUTION
• When securing the equip-
ment (... in the original pack-
aging) on the transport
base, take care not to cause
any chafe marks.
