8.6 Grinding neness
The grinding neness level was optimally adjusted prior to delivery. Consequently,
we recommend that you only readjust grinding neness after dispensing
approximately 1,000 coffees (about 1 year).
You can only set the grinding neness while the grinder is running. Thus, adjust
grinding neness directly after coffee dispensing starts.
If the coffee avour is not sufciently intense, we recommend that you set a ner
grinding level.
• Reach into the recess on the right side of the appliance (Fig. A, no. 11)
and pull off the cover to the right.
• Start a normal coffee dispensing process.
• While the grinder is running: Place the lever in one of the three
positions (Fig. E).
• Insert the four catches of the cover into the back of the appliance and
swing the cover to the left until it locks into place.
